Miniatures & Art Night (Mondays)
Every Monday from 3 PM to 7 PM, Deckbox transforms into a vibrant maker space, dedicated to artists and creators like you. Whether you’re painting detailed miniatures or expressing yourself on canvas, our Miniatures & Art Nights provide everything you need to bring your visions to life in a supportive, low-sensory environment. Miniatures & Art Night is only $5 per seat! For another $5, have full access to our paints and brushes. Each session includes access to canvas drop cloths, a variety of brushes, and all the paints you could need. Begin your paintings with a gesso or one of our Citadel primers, and finish off your masterpiece with our provided sealants and modge podge, ensuring your art stays pristine. Whether your art is inspired by the fantastical worlds of Magic: The Gathering or the vibrant hues of a sunset, you’ll find your spot here.
Novice Nights (Thursdays)
Every Thursday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Deckbox welcomes new and casual Magic: The Gathering players for an evening of relaxed, friendly gameplay. For just $5 per person, Novice Nights provide a comfortable environment where learning and having fun are the top priorities. Whether you’re just getting into the game or prefer a low-pressure atmosphere, you’re guaranteed a spot at a table with fellow enthusiasts who are here to enjoy Magic without the competitive edge. Want to add a little extra excitement? For an additional $5, you can opt into a round with prize support—meaning you’ll receive a pack if you win. It’s a great way to reward yourself, even if you’re still mastering the game. If a player who didn’t choose the add-on wins, they can still bask in the glory, but they will not receive a pack prize. So grab your cards and head to Deckbox, where every Thursday is a new chance to learn, play, and maybe even win!
Couples’ Commander (Alternating Fridays)
Get ready to shuffle up and deal with a twist every other Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Deckbox! Presenting our Couples’ Commander Night—an enchanting evening where magic and partnership meet.
For just $20 per couple, you and your partner can team up and strategize together in standard pods of four, making those synergistic plays without the usual side-eye from fellow players. It’s all about collaboration and fun in a friendly, relaxed setting—perfect for both seasoned commanders and those new to the spellslinging duo dynamic. Each couple also receives two drinks (either a water bottle or a Waterloo) to stay refreshed throughout the night.
